Thugly Betty is a member of the Springfield Spitfires roller derby team.
History[edit]
When Marge tried out with the Springfield Spitfires, Thugly Betty elbowed her in the chest and told her, "hope you like the taste of wheels." When Marge took part in her first roller derby bout, Betty told her to stay out of their way and she wouldn't get hurt. In the bout against Duke City D.I.A., the Duke City players were closing in on Betty, but Marge knocked them away and helped Betty score points.
In the bout against the Shelbyville She-Devils, Betty told Marge that they needed her to start mauling or they would lose.
