Havana is the capital city of Cuba.

Abraham Simpson moved into the Simpson family home after being displaced from his previous residence. Among his belongings was a cigar box labeled “Two Stars Cigars” (Habana). When the box was opened, it was found to contain a Smith & Wesson revolver along with loose ammunition, rather than cigars.[1]
When Chief Wiggum came across Mr. Burns and Smithers while they were dumping nuclear waste, he asked the two what they were up to. The pair told Wiggum that they were planting "plant food spikes" for their friends at the environmental protection agency.
