During a heated town meeting about Mr. Burns' plan to block out the sun and the damage caused by his drilling, Bart Simpson complained about harm to his best friend, Santa's Little Helper. Some briefly thought he was referring to Milhouse Van Houten, who was seen eating Cheese Puffs.[1]
