[[Bart]] comes out of [[Springfield Elementary School]] on his skateboard, wearing the top hat, declaring himself Mr. Monopoly and telling the kids to "eat my hat."

Plot

Mr. Monopoly is sailing his yacht into a parking space at the harbor when Mr. Burns' yacht comes in, crashing into Mr. Monopoly's yacht.
