The Fourth Spirit of Christmas is an event-exclusive questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the A Christmas Peril content update.

Pt. 1[edit]

Between January 3, 2023 and January 11, 2023 Our top story tonight continues to be the snowstorm that has had a truly catastrophic effect on our town. Many residents have found themselves unable to leave their homes as the snow has completely covered their doors and windows. Those residents who are wealthy enough to afford such extravagances as a second floor may still be able to leave their homes, but that might involve crawling out a window. Truly this is shaping up to be the greatest storm in the history of our city. Reporting to you live from my beach house in Malibu, this is Kent Brockman signing off... ...suckers. What do you mean the mic was still on? What the f— *static* Marge? Why don't we have a beach house in Malibu? Well, let's compare our vacation home budget to our beer budget... Never mind. After completing Pt. 1 What do you mean, I can't deliver presents this year? It's exactly what it sounds like. The snowstorm has grounded you. But we live in the North Pole! Actually, ever since you moved to Springfield for the 2014 Christmas Event, you technically live here AND the North Pole. I don't know why I sold that beach house to Brockman. Task: "Collect Snow Jackets" (x185). If Santa Claus is owned: Task: "Make Santa Announce Present Delivery is Canceled". The job takes place at Santa's House or a Brown House and takes 4 hours. Task: "Make Springfielders Attempt to Riot From Their Homes" (x10). The jobs take place at Visitable Homes and take 4 hours. People of Springfield! This is Mayor Quimby, coming to you from City Hall. Like you, I am appalled at the lack of planning from Santa Claus, leading to the cancellation of presents this year. But I must urge you to stop rioting in your own homes, as this will not solve anything. What do you mean no presents? Do you expect me to wear that fur coat for two years in a row? *throws vase* *ducks* This – er, um – is what I mean... Why does it not surprise me that people started wrecking their own homes when they learned Santa wasn't coming? Isn't being jaded great, Lis? Do you even know what "jaded" means? After completing Pt. 2 I know everyone is feeling down because the storm is cancelling everything, but that doesn't mean we can't still have a great Christmas! Marge, I love you, but unless you bought a closet full of Duff before McGrew ruined beer forever, I doubt even your positive attitude can save this holiday. Come on, Dad. Christmas isn't just about beer. It's about family, and spending time with the ones you love! Lisa, it's time you learned one of the great lessons about life. Oh no. This should be formidable. And, no, I don't know what formidable means. Task: "Collect Snow Jackets" (x155). Task: "Make Homer Explain What "Family Time" Really Means". After completing Pt. 3 Hey, Lisa? I know you just had your childlike belief in Christmas crushed and all, but do you hear that? Hear what? Sounds like someone walking across the roof. Oh! Santa came after all! Quick, everyone, pretend you're asleep! *snores* Dad's way ahead of you, Mom. Task: "Collect Snow Jackets" (x185). Task: "Make the Simpsons Pretend to be Asleep" (x5). The jobs take place at the Simpson House and take 4 hours. Whoaaaaa! *falls out of the fireplace* Aah! The mole people are invading! Mr. McGrew? Are you okay? I don't remember there being a step down in my foyer. I'll have to speak to my butler. Mr. McGrew, you're not in your foyer. This is the Simpsons' house. *wipes the soot from his face* It's a miracle! The Spirits of Christmas have shown me how to spread goodwill and cheer! Huh. He DID see our play after all. I have presents for everyone! *opens a bag and starts handing out gifts* A case of original Duff! The nectar of the gods! After completing Pt. 4 Mr. McGrew, I'm confused. These are amazing gifts, but why did you buy up all the buildings in Springfield? Oh, Aunt Rita. You've been hitting the sherry a bit too hard this year, haven't you? *chuckles* Lisa, why don't you help Mr. McGrew crawl out the window in the attic? The snow hasn't covered that yet, and I don't think anyone wants him to be stuck here overnight. My goodness, what a lovely blue Christmas tree. *tries to hang an ornament on Marge's hair* Good idea, Mom. Task: "Collect Snow Jackets" (x225). You're Lisa Simpson, one of the brightest minds in Springfield. And you always seem to end up right in the middle of any disaster or plot development. I don't understand. You planned all this? Of course. I bought up all the businesses in Springfield to ensure they'd survive the storm. I've got more money than I know what to do with, so it's the least I can do. A cash infusion here and there to keep their businesses afloat while customers are snowed out. And when the storm passes? The former owners will find the deed to their store back in their possession. It's not my goal to run the place, far too much work. This seems too good to be true. I learned my lesson when the Spirits visited me all those moons ago.
