Crazy Vaclav's Place of Automobiles is a car dealership run and owned by Crazy Vaclav, a shoddy Eastern Europe salesman. The lot seems to be filled with many damaged and low rate foreign automobiles.

Homer visited Crazy Vaclav's Place of Automobiles to look for a new car after wrecking both his and Marge's cars in a blizzard.
Homer was told that the country from which the car he was test driving originated no longer exists. The vehicle required a push by Vaclav and had to be placed in "H" to be driven once moving. It appeared to be deficient on legroom, even for the driver.
