Canadian Flanders is a man who looks and acts similarly to Ned Flanders. Ned addresses him as his "neighboureeno to the North."
History[edit]
When Homer took Apu and Ned on a drug run to Canada, they met Canadian Flanders outside the Winnipeg Pharmacy. Ned greeted him and said that he liked the cut of his gibberish. The two then started babbling nonsensically. Canadian Flanders then asked Ned if he'd like a "reeferino," saying that "it's legal here." Ned then muttered that they warned him the Devil would be attractive, and the group drove off, back to America.
