Appearances and country/state mentions

Hi, can you only list mentions under appearances if the country or state itself is directly mentioned. i.e. If Rome is mentioned, but not Italy, then it shouldn't be listed under the Italy appearances as Italy itself wasn't mentioned. Physical appearances are different as the locations themselves are within the country so you are seeing the country. But mentioning a town or city isn't the same as mentioning the country.
