Troll doll is a type of plastic doll.

History

While preparing the drink later known as the Flaming Homer, Homer needed cough syrup as one of the ingredients. Moe Szyslak searched through the tavern's lost-and-found box, which contained various forgotten items accumulated over the years. Among them was a troll doll, along with a Bowie knife and a glass eye.

Bart Simpson became bored during a church service led by Reverend Lovejoy and entertained himself by playing with a troll doll distinguished by its large blue hair. Marge noticed what he was doing and took the doll away, explaining that she did not want him playing with something that had such bizarre hair.
