The Brothers Grime: The Boy Who Would Not Take a Bath/Quotes

Wikisimpsons - The Simpsons Wiki

Narrator: There once was a little boy that would not take a bath. He would run and hide at bath time for fear he would have his soul washed away by the soapy water.
Mona Simpson: You get in that washtub, boy!
Homer: No!

Narrator: After years without bathing, the little boy grew so stinky that nobody wanted anything to do with him.

Narrator: Even vagrants would cross the street when they smelled him coming.
Comic Book Guy: Worst. Smell. Ever.

Homer: Hey, good-lookin'! Got anything cookin'? No? I didn't think so.

Marge and Artie's child: Mommy! Mommy! Look at the stinky man!
Marge: Don't make eye contact, dear! It's one of those backwoods transcendentalists.
Artie Ziff: Yecch! I think I'm going to thoreau up!

Grampa: ...And so, he realized that because he never bathed he missed out on ever having friends or a family or a wife or children!
Homer: Gee, dad. You mean he never took a bath?
Grampa: That's right, son.
