The Black Tooth is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #70.
Plot[edit]
Lisa sees that Bart has bought candy with his lunch money and tells him about the negative impact it will have on him and a Candy Zombie throws the candy in the garbage. However, it appears that Bart is hiding a bit of the candy in his backpack, and devil Bart convinces him to eat it, but angel Bart tells him not to. He listens to devil Bart and eats the candy.
At dinner, Bart doesn't want to eat anything that Marge has made. He says he doesn't feel so good, but Homer forces him to eat something. But Bart starts to feel great pains. Bart goes to bed and tries to eat some candy but is in pain again. That night Bart dreams that his teeth are gone, but when he wakes up around midnight, he gets up to eat some candy that he has hidden in the pillow. Then a big black tooth comes into Bart's room and starts chasing him. Bart checks to see if he is still dreams by pinching himself, but it hurts and the tooth starts to hurt, and he realizes that it is not a dream. The monster chases him with a licorice lasso and throws candy at him, and Bart's feet get stuck in gum on the ground. Bart runs away for help.
Lisa, Marge and Homer wakes up but they do not see the monster. Homer only sees a pack of donuts that he wants to eat. Lisa, Marge and Homer tell Bart that he's crazy and should go back to bed, but the monster is real and continues to hunt down Bart. Bart runs up to the tree house and promises that he will never eat another piece of candy again. The rest of the family thanks Maggie, who is wearing a black tooth costume to scare Bart. Lisa and Marge decide that Homer will be visited by a big hideous donut in the kitchen to get him to stop eating donuts. Soon both Homer and Bart are in the tree house, terrified.
