After tapping on Homer's exclamation mark What kind of parade has only one balloon? Task: "Place the Blinky Balloon". Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 3

After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark One last balloon and the parade will be complete. Task: "Place the Santa's Little Helper Balloon". Quest reward: 100 and 10
