Behind the Laughter[edit]

Principal Skinner's Sports Illustrated is based on the issue for the week of October 8, 2001 with Barry Bonds of the San Francisco Giants on the cover after hitting the most home runs in a single season, 73, beating previous record of 70 set 3 years earlier by Mark McGwire.[1]
