History

When Moe Szyslak transformed his tavern into Uncle Moe's Family Feedbag, he redecorated the restaurant with numerous novelty items to create a family-friendly atmosphere. Among the decorations hanging on the walls was a wooden sled labeled "Rosebud."

Behind the Laughter

"Rosebud" is a simple wooden sled that belonged to Charles Foster Kane during his childhood, in the film Citizen Kane.
