Once In Royal Quimby's City is an event-exclusive questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Winter 2015 content update.

Of course I object to anything harming reindeer. I already have a call in to OSHA regarding Santa working the poor things all Christmas day and night.
