Maximum is a porn magazine.

Milhouse managed to get a copy of Maximum, which he showed to Bart. The two of them checked out the adverts in the back, which included adverts for emu farming, penile implants, Russian mail order brides, X-ray specs that really worked, and macho chest hair in thirty days. However, Principal Skinner and Groundskeeper Willie turned up as they were reading it, causing the pair to drop the magazine and run. Skinner then gave Willie the magazine to dispose of.
Willie noticed the advert for mail order brides in the magazine and decided to order one as he was lonely. However, he accidentally ordered an emu instead, which he then became attached to.
Later, Kang and Kodos read the magazine whilst talking about how they had inserted it into Earth's civilization to bring it crumbling down. One of them said that Lindsay Lohan had a nice rack.
