Li'l Krusty is a story first printed in The Krusty Book. It's the third story in the Li'l Krusty series.
Krusty's teacher asks him to name the capital of South Dakota. Krusty asks, "Why, is one missing?" which the teacher says is incorrect. Krusty then says that his answer is right and the teacher just asked the question wrong. He then looks at the fourth wall and asks, "Who writes this crap?"
