King Snorky is a temporary questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Treehouse of Horror XXIV content update. It requires King Snorky to be obtained.

King Snorky! The dolphin overlord who conquered Springfield and made us all move to the sea! My toes are still wrinkly from the sea water.
