Jippum & Fleecum Circus is a circus in Springfield owned by Dewey Jippum.

History

When Bart wanted to go to the Jippum & Fleecum Circus, Marge told him they weren't going. Bart then said he would run away and join the circus. Homer, who had been reading the parenting book Taming Your Wild Child, tried to use reverse psychology and supported Bart's decision to join the circus. Homer took Bart to Dr. Nick, got a fake nose and ears attached to Bart, and had Bart sign up for the circus as a freak. However, when Dewey Jippum found out Bart wasn't over 18, he told Homer he was responsible for the lifetime contract instead and had Homer sign a lifetime family membership contract, forcing the Simpsons to attend all the circus' shows.
