History

When Bart gave Homer a Val-U-Qual Coupons book for his birthday, Homer went to High-Pressure Tire Sales to use one of his new coupons. When Homer tried to get a free wheel balancing, the salesman scammed him and told him his car needed four new tires and that, legally, he wasn't allowed to even let Homer drive out of the shop. Homer ended up buying four new tires to stop the employee from getting fired, which was part of the scam.
