History

Lisa laughed evilly at her thoughts, but hid it by saying she was laughing at a joke she had seen on Herman's Head.

When Marge Simpson asked him to sign a petition, Comic Book Guy explained that he only signed petitions to bring back television shows, exclaiming that America needed the wisdom of Herman's Head more than ever.
