The de-bigulator is a shrinking ray created by Professor Frink.
History[edit]
When Homer became giant due to the effects of the zero point shard, Professor Frink tried to use the de-bigulator to shrink him to his normal size. When it didn't work, Frink attempted to determine what was wrong with the device, but he shrank himself in the process. He then realized that the reason it didn't work on Homer was due to the zero point energy that was still in his system.
