Wikisimpsons - The Simpsons Wiki
Cultural references[edit]
- The title is a reference to the "Baby on board" signs used in cars.
- A Hoth Cold Assault Stormtrooper from Star Wars is shown forcing Power Plant employees to carry radioactive waste barrels up a mountain.
- Bart's eyes are spalked open by Mr. Burns to watch a film on the history of athletes, referencing A Clockwork Orange. Burns also comments that the film is narrated by "that fellow who did the voice on The Wonder Years".
- Mr. Burns' speech where he calls himself Jor-El and says he is Bart's father is a direct quote from the 1978 film Superman.
Trivia[edit]
