Mr. Burns was trying to use Agoni Smart Dungeon to send Lisa down the trap door, but he couldn't figure out which button activated the trap door. Instead, he activated the rotating wall, which turned around to reveal Lenny strapped to a hospital bed, getting his blood drained.
