Adventures in Mark Twain's America is a play about the stories by Mark Twain.

Lisa wrote and Bart directed the play Adventures in Mark Twain's America. However, unbeknownst to Lisa, Bart had completely rewritten the play to make Bart Fink, who was loosely based on brawler and river boatman Mike Fink, the main character. In the play, Bart Fink tried to shoot an apple off a bartender (Kearney)'s head. Bart Fink then went to raid an Egyptian tomb and got kissed by twins Sherri and Terri. He was then chased by a giant mecha made of corn pone.
Meanwhile, Injun Apu kidnapped Becky Thatcher. Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer went to Injun Apu's Hideout to rescue her. Huck and Finn fought against Injun Apu with lightsabers. After they beat him, Injun Apu set giant space worms on Huck and Finn. Bart Fink tried to return the idol he stole to Injun Apu. However, his speedboat was attacked by genetically enhanced piranhas. While fighting the piranhas off, he crashed into the dock by Injun Apu's Hideout. After this, the stage collapsed.
While Lisa was angry at Bart for ruining the play, the audience all loved it and found it entertaining.
