The Junior Undercover Missions Program, or J.U.M.P., is a secret agency in Springfield. It later turned out that it was a school program designed to redirect an underachiever's mischief in a positive direction.
History
When Bart was getting told off by Principal Skinner for blowing up the school with a chemistry prank, Skinner was shot with a tranquilizer dart by Agent K, who had gone to recruit Bart as part of the Junior Undercover Missions Program. Agent K then tranquilized Bart too and took him to their headquarters. There, Bart met with S, and S and Agent K told Bart about why they wanted to recruit him, they wanted Bart to find who was making large amounts of macguffium in Springfield. Bart was given several gadgets by F to help him with this task and sent out to track down the bad guy.
During the mission, Lisa had figured out what had happened to Bart and tracked down J.U.M.P. She was then assigned to become Bart's partner on the mission, and given a jet pack. Bart and Lisa then infiltrated the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant where they found that Mr. Burns was behind the macguffium. However, they were captured by Burns, Waylon Smithers, and Agent K, who was secretly working for Burns. Eventually, Bart and Lisa escaped and got back to J.U.M.P. headquarters.
When Bart and Lisa returned, they were congratulated. However, Bart had one last question for S; "What does the 'S' stand for?" Bart then pulled off S's mask to reveal that he was really Principal Skinner. Skinner then revealed that Agent K was really Edna Krabappel. Bart was then told by Skinner and Krabappel that the whole secret agent act was part of a new school program designed to redirect an underachiever's mischief in a positive direction.
