Clark is the owner of Freedom Chimps, along with his sister.

History

As children, Clark and his sister found an abandoned circus bear in a trash can. They decided to adopt the bear and devoted their lives to animals.

After Mr. Goodboy went missing at Springfield Elementary School, Bart and Lisa tracked him to Freedom Chimps, a libertarian backyard safari and doomsday shooting range. They found a video on its website of Clark and his sister capturing Mr. Goodboy outside the school and taking him away in their van. The Simpsons went to Freedom Chimps to find him. After they freed Mr. Goodboy and escaped from the other chimps, the police and Ape Solutions arrived to shut them down as the zoo violated thirty different regulations.
