Bartholomew "Bart" Hutter is a boy who lives with his family in Springborg.
History
Bart's father, Homer, was brainwashed by Lord Master Burlok to get Bart to sell either his mint condition copy of Radioactive Man or his treehouse to Burlok. Bart agreed to sell his treehouse as he wanted to keep the comic and went to Lord Burlok's house to make the deal. On his way there, Lisa gave Bart a copy of The Way of the Vampire, which she got after hearing about Lord Burlok.
When Bart arrived at Lord Burlok's house, Burlok invited him in for dinner and to discuss the sale. As they were finalizing the deal, Burlok saw a photograph of Bart's mother, with the Radioactive Man comic in the background. He noticed the comic and decided that he wanted it. Burlok attacked Bart and drank some of his blood, putting him to sleep, before he went to the Simpson house to get the comic. Bart woke up and read the book Lisa gave him, which said that a beautiful woman must make a sacrifice to force the beast to forget the rising sun. Bart rushed back home to stop his mother from sacrificing herself but just found Marge letting Burlok read the comic book. However, the sun had come up and Burlok burst into flames and died, with the comic book also burning.

Bartholomew Hutter is a parody of Thomas Hutter from the German horror film Nosferatu.
