The pie lady is a Springfield resident. Homer steals her pie.

History

Homer helped Mr. Burns seduce Gloria and the two finally agreed to meet at eight. Mr. Burns watched Gloria as she was leaving with her car, and when he faced back Homer was eating a pie. When Homer told Burns he found it on a windowsill, an agry woman yelled at him while holding a rolling pin.
