Simpson & Son Grease Co. is Homer's now defunct Grease company. When he started as a grease salesman he thought he would make a lot of money. However, his methods, such as making pounds of bacon for a small amount of grease, resulted in losing profits. After his grease was stolen by a larger and more successful company, he and Bart decided to go for one big score and drain all of grease from the kitchen at Springfield Elementary School. Their attempts were thwarted by Groundskeeper Willie.
