Krusty's Clown College is a college that trains people to become Krusty actors. The college used to be Willie Nelson's house.
When Krusty was struggling financially, his accountant, Bill, suggested that Krusty could open a clown college to train some regional Krustys. At first, Krusty was against the idea and decided that he would instead cut back on condor egg omelets. However, Bill decided to get the college founded anyway.
As Homer was driving along the freeway, he noticed a billboard for Krusty's Clown College. At first, Homer dismissed it as clown college wasn't something he could eat. However, the billboard kept playing on his mind, and he kept imagining people as clowns. During dinner with his family, Homer made a circus tent out of mashed potatoes and then decided that he would go to clown college...

The The Metal Krusty-O is a prize in Frosty Krusty O's.
During a normal breakfast, Bart was eating a box of Frosty Krusty O's. Unaware that inside there was a jagged metal Krusty-O, or as Krusty claimed, "a prize," Bart ate the piece and later got a stomach ache.
Later at school, he begged his teacher to let him go to the nurse. After a couple of dozen seconds or a small nail manicure, Mrs. Krabappel finally excused Bart. As he entered the office, he noticed something shocking. Instead of their normal nurse, she had been replaced with Lunchlady Dora. Bart asked her if she could provide any treatment for his wound, but she told him all she could do was give him a few vitamins. Bart, knowing neither of the pills would work, collapsed to the ground...
