Barbara Van Horne (née Krustofski) is the presumed wife of Sideshow Mel.

She and Mel were interested in buying a house with a bowling alley (which Marge talks them out of buying). Sideshow Mel says she does not respect his French arts.

She has the same hair color as Sideshow Mel, but unlike Mel her hair is a normal style. She rarely speaks when other people are around. She is Krusty the Clown's sister.
