Plot

A new kid named Donny comes to school and Bart beleives he is the ultimate kid for pranks. However, one backfires and Bart is ratted on. Groundskeeper Willie tells Bart there is a rat among is friends and Bart suspects it is Donny. Meanwhile, Marge accidentally destroys the car and Homer gets a new loaner vehicle and becomes attached to it.
