Frinkium Nitrate is a source of vast, renewable energy.
History
Proffesor Frink used it on the Springfield's Christmas tree after Mayor Quimby asked him make the brightest christmas tree in world. After he used it he found it was vastly radioactive than he anticipated so it came no snow to Springfield so they swith off the lighting.
