Pigeon-Rat

The Pigeon-Rat was a creation by Hugo, who is Bart's evil twin brother. He created it by sewing the back of a pidgeon to the back of a rat. In the episode, "Pigeon-rat" attempted to fly, and the rat section allowed it to run away when the bird flew into a wall.
