Collette was a waitress who worked at Flaming Moe's.

History

Once Moe becomes one of the trendiest nightspots, Moe hired Collette to help him out with the new extra customers. Collette soon discovers that Moe stole the recipe from Homer, and convinces him to sell the "Flaming Moe" for $1,000,000 and give half of the money to Homer, before Homer runs into the restaurant and reveals that the secret ingredient is cough syrup.

She had some sort of relationship with Moe and appeared to have slept with him at least once.

Behind the Laughter

Simpsons World The Ultimate Episode Guide: Seasons 1-20 states that Catherine O'Hara voiced Colette. However, this is wrong and O'Hara was not credited in the episode's credits.
