History

He was playing cards with Johnny and another man when Homer and Grampa were obtaining fake Canadian health cards from Johnny. Johnny made a joke about Grampa being able to buy enough drugs to make "Regina look like Saskatoon," and his friend laughed and complimented Johnny's joke.
