Paris Texan is the Rich Texan's daughter.

History

She appears once in the Kwik-E-Mart where Homer gets Bart to annoy her so she will attack (and kiss) Bart. Homer takes pictures of her doing this and sells the photos for money. She is later seen making out with Milhouse. When Bart and Lisa go to school at Waverly Hills, she appears with a dog in her purse with another dog in its purse.
