Pavlos is the owner of the Odyssey Diner.

History

When Homer was fourteen, he worked for Pavlos at the Odyssey Diner. Years later, after Homer got fired from the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, he went back to the Odyssey Diner to see if they would hire him again. Pavlos told Homer that he knew that he would be back, then pointed him toward the sink so he could wash dishes. The chef, Stavros, then told Pavlos that his band-aid had fallen into the hash browns.

When Homer, Stavros, and Pavlos were working, they went into a dance routine that included the customers. Homer then smashed a plate at the end, which Pavlos told him they did not do, except when the greatest dishwasher of all time returned. Later, Homer took Pavlos and Stavros to Moe's Tavern, where they drank ouzo and had another dance routine with the patrons of Moe's.
