Chuck Ellis is the regional director of the IRS, and works for Springfield Collection Agency.

History

He attended a dinner party at the Simpson home and was initially impressed enough to forgo a planned audit. However, after the evening descended into chaos when puppies were discovered inside the turkey being served, Ellis left in disgust and informed Homer Simpson that he would be seeing him at the IRS, effectively reinstating the audit.
