Harper is a manager for Santa's Village.

History

Harper and Hobbs scouted Sideshow Bob to play Santa Claus at Santa's Village because of his voice and the way he spoke. They went to the Abandoned Lighthouse, where Bob lived, and Bob initially thought they were there to arrest him, taking up position at the top of the lighthouse with a gun. Harper told Bob that the acting role they were offering him was to play Santa Claus at a small amusement park.
