The Monkeytown Philharmonic is an orchestra featured on The Krusty the Clown Show.

History

It consists of trained monkeys who perform music using kazoos. The group is introduced playing “The Blue Danube” by Johann Strauss II under the direction of Sideshow Mel. At first, their performance proceeds fairly well, but it quickly descends into chaos when the monkeys turn on and attack Sideshow Mel.
