Many characters in The Simpsons are known for having wacky catchphrases.

Maggie Simpson

Lisa Simpson is the only family member without a catchphrase. This is pointed out in "Bart Gets Famous", where several characters say their catchphrases, then look at Lisa, who says "If anyone wants me, I'll be in my room."
