Hugh Hefner's Shelbyville Pad is a mansion in Shelbyville owned by Hugh Hefner.
History
Bart visited Hefner to invite him to appear on the Krusty Comeback Special. Hefner's mansion included the better-known grotto and game room, but few knew it also featured a laboratory, a biosphere, an alternative energy research center, and a desalination plant.
Behind the Laughter
Hugh Hefner's Shelbyville Pad is based on the Playboy Mansion in Westwood, Los Angeles, California which was Hugh Hefner's home from 1971 until 2017 when he died.
