Cooter and his son Spud are carnies.

When the Simpsons go to a carnival, Homer and Bart get employed and end ruining Cooter and Spud's life. The carnies then end up staying at the Simpsons House and cause a lot of trouble. After spending a day with the carnies, they take the Simpsons home and the Simpsons have to live in Bart's tree house. The Simpsons then end up having to get the house back by beating them in a ring toss game and get it back by cheating. The Simpsons then live in there own house again and Spud and Cooter go back to being carnies.

• He can pull out his left eye.
