Luann's sister is the sister of Luann Van Houten and the half-sister of Bastardo. Her mother is Tuscan Nana Sophie Mussolini and her father was an unnamed man who was able to give her ex-brother-in-law Kirk Van Houten a job as manager of a cracker factory in Springfield.

History

She lent Luann money because of bad Kirk was at the cracker factory management job their father gave him which Luann mentioned in a fight with Kirk right before she asked him for a divorce.
