Luigi's Growing Problem is a quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was released in the Christmas 2012 content update, although the quest requires level 24.

Dialogue

After tapping on Luigi's exclamation mark Luigi, you appear to be exhibiting all the hallmark symptoms of radiation poisoning: nausea, fever, and internal hemorrhage. Those are also the hallmark symptoms of an Italian whose Mama has accused him of-a under-spicing his marinara! Mama, why!? Task: "Make Luigi Go for a Checkup". The quest takes place at Hibbert Family Practice and takes 10 minutes. Quest reward: 100 and 10
