History

When the Springfield Community Center puts on a production of Oh, Streetcar!, the musical version of A Streetcar Named Desire directed by the Llewellyn Sinclair, Marge unexpectedly lands the leading role of Blanche DuBois.

Ned Flanders had already played the part of Blanche DuBois because he went to an all-boys school.

Milhouse watched the movie A Streetcar Named Desire when Marlon Brando becomes his role model. Vivien Leigh as Blanche DuBois appeared in the film.
