History

Asterix's comics are sold along with Tintin's at Coolsville Comics & Toys. Lisa Simpson was surprised to find them in the store, because she thought that they only existed in high school French classes.

When things weren't going the way Emperor Bartigula wanted, he blamed the troubles of Rome on foreign invaders, showing a picture of Asterix, Obelix, and Hägar the Horrible.
