• The title of the episode is reference to the season 7 episode "Lisa the Vegetarian".
• Ralph says he is Finding Nemo while he drowns.
• Lisa uses a Dyson "hair pointer" to dry her hair. Dyson is a British manufacturer of household appliances.
• Comic Book Guy has a Bartman tattoo on his arm.
• Homer refers to himself as a "veteran of the Cola wars" when he jumps into the "Big & Tall Falls" attraction.
• Milhouse considers Bart an Amish for not using an app to book a place for "Upstream Extreme" at the water park.

• The "fish that swim up your wiener" are actually real. They are called "Candiru". They are common in South America and do the same as what Bart mentioned, but rolling around in the snow naked is not the cure.
• A gag with the homeless guy looking at a store's window, where he rambled on about peanut butter, was cut.

• At the car crash scene, when Marge was talking with Wiggum, the crash was a head-on or a rear-end impact between a red and a purple vehicle, but when Marge start cleaning the scene, it's a t-bone crash.
  • There were also two ambulances and a fire truck at the crash site, but when Marge starts cleaning the scene, there's only one ambulance.
  • The buildings surrounding the crash change appearances between scenes.
